Power at 50 is 50-minute class and was developed for students who are in their 40’s or better.
This class includes movement to breath, core and resistance training, and yoga with the goal of prepping our bodies for part 2 of our lives.
Props are used in this class and will be provided at the studio. Class includes playlist of the best songs from the 80’s. All levels welcome!
