Prudy has been practicing yoga for over a decade, first discovering it as a way to quiet her mind while building strength and resilience. What began as a home practice during the busy years of raising young children gradually evolved into a deeper journey when she found the peace, connection, and sense of community that come from practicing in a studio.
Inspired by the profound impact yoga had on her physical and mental well-being, Prudy completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2024. She believes yoga offers an opportunity to cultivate strength, presence, and self-awareness both on and off the mat.
Her classes feature thoughtful, creative sequencing with a strong emphasis on alignment, helping students build strength, increase mobility, and improve flexibility while moving with intention. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Prudy strives to create a welcoming space where you can challenge yourself, quiet the mind, and leave feeling grounded, empowered, and renewed.
